We heard of criminal cases around us that are specifically surprising. These cases are sometimes mysterious and unusual. Some cases has something to do with juvenile delinquency. In connection, one of the most pressing problems in the society nowadays is juvenile delinquency. More and more teenagers are dragged to the courts because of committing crimes and violating the rights of other people. In the context of criminal justice, the victims of the felonious minors and the delinquent minors themselves both entitled to fair hearing or trial. However, there are instances that a minor could be tried as an adult because of the gravity of the crime committed. Criminal justice lawyers are also aware that minors must be protected from unfair legal proceedings. On the other hand, the family and friends of the victim will surely find ways to avenge. In the name of criminal justice, what should be done in cases like that of Alyssa Bustamante? She was a fifteen-year-old female who was accused of killing a nine-year-old girl.
My deepest concern as a writer is to fight for criminal justice and to uplift my friends during difficult times. If a person violates the rights of anyone, I consider that person a criminal. Life in this world is mysterious. Hence, we must protect ourselves from people who will not respect the rights of others. We do our work by advancing what life has to offer. We read about criminal justice lawyers. We knew them as individuals, group of people, and other organizations that provide aid and comfort to those who are in need, especially due to the ill effects of society.
My deepest concern then-is to write whatever I want as long as it will not violate the rights of other people. I am not a criminal justice lawyer at the moment, but I believe in doing something to help make this world a safe place for my family and friends. I walk alone in this quest, but the people who believe in my cause will understand me. No one has the right to kill innocent lives. No one has the right to bully others, even in the web, cyberspace bullying is not acceptable. As a blogger, I will imagine myself as a criminal justice lawyer and fight for the rights of others and as well as my family and friends.
